With more than 33,000 FTE employees and around 5,100 branches, in 60 countries and territories around the world, they offer a wide variety of services, connecting approximately 700,000 associates with their clients every day.  The services offered fall into the broad categories of temporary staffing, permanent placement, career transition and talent development, as well as outsourcing and consulting.

Located at 107 Eastern Blvd. Adecco Staffing is one of the leading temp agencies in Canandaigua with an average of one hundred job openings that include temporary and contract jobs, temp-to-hire and permanent positions.

In an effort to connect with individuals looking for employment Adecco Staffing has partnered with Finger Lakes Works (FLW) with recruiters scheduled at FLW Career Centers in Hopewell, Lyons and Penn Yan on a regular basis.  While their recruiters answer questions for job-seekers and accept applications for current openings, they also meet with counselors at the Career Center providing information regarding employer requirements for different jobs throughout the Canandaigua area.  Lastly, the recruiter participates in workshops designed to assist job-seekers with finding employment.

“This partnership has proven to be a “win-win” for job-seekers and local companies in the area,” said Karen Springmeier, Executive Director, Finger Lakes WIB Inc. “The partnership with Adecco Staffing is a great example on how our workforce development system connects companies with talent and job-seekers with jobs.”
